Yes, MOOC courses will be eligible for 2 academic credits as per university norms. The credits will be added to your academic record after successful completion.
3. How do I register or enroll in these MOOC courses?
You will register through the respective platform i. e. Pratibha Learn, using a link provided by the college. A step-by-step guide will also be shared.
4. What is the duration of the course?
Most courses run for 12 weeks. You may need to spend 2 hours per week, depending on the course structure.
5. What are eligibility criteria to join the course?
Generally, there are no strict eligibility criteria. Any student who is interested and willing to learn can enroll in the course.
6. What is the mode of assessment and passing criteria?
Assessment usually includes weekly quizzes, assignments, and a final exam. The evaluation is typically divided into 40% internal (based on assignments and participation) and 60% theory (final exam). You must achieve the minimum passing marks as defined by the course to earn the certificate and credits.
7. Will I get a certificate after completing the course?
Yes, you will receive a digital certificate from the course platform upon successful completion and meeting all criteria.
8. Is there any fee for the course?
All courses are free to learn.

If you don’t complete or fail the course, you may not earn the 2 credits. You might have to retake the course or an alternative as per college policy.

12. Will faculty or mentors be available to guide us during the course?
Yes, faculty mentors will be assigned to help you with doubts, deadlines, and course progress. You can reach out to them during college hours.
13. How will the internal marks/attendance be managed if the course is online?
Your course progress, participation, and performance will be tracked through the MOOC platform. Some departments may also track attendance during mentoring or discussion sessions.
14. Will the course content be in English or will there be regional language support?
